What’s going on at ELWA, and how can you help?

The trip last week to Robinson, IL, with John Schindler was wonderful.
We ate Liberian food and enjoyed a fantastic time of fellowship with his cousins.
What’s going on at ELWA, and how can you help?
EMA equips ministries to carry out the Great Commission, making disciples.
We do this by supporting four critical ministries at ELWA.

• Radio - reaching up to 2.5 million people with the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Hospital - providing Christian health care for a community that has very little medical care.
• Education - through ELWA Academy, a K-12 Liberian Christian school with 700+ students.
• Facilities - ministries require buildings, electricity, water, and regular maintenance to operate effectively. 

 However, the ministry is comprised of people, and the ELWA staff needs your prayers and encouragement.

• Darryl (SIM Deputy Country Director) and Katie Elliott will return to Canada in December due to family health and educational needs.
• Nicolas (SIM Country Director) and Melvina Piaget are experiencing several significant staffing gaps, including: Elliott's departure, CFO position currently vacant, hospital CEO role not yet filled, and open positions in personnel and hospitality departments. Pray against discouragement.
• Rebecca Epp, the Chief Medical Officer, will return to Liberia next week from Canada. Pray for last-minute family details including moving her mother.
• Karen Ackley, healing continues! Please pray for a clean bill of health so she can return to Liberia to help fill the gaps.
